5. Why can't I view mine, other member's profiles, and/or the member's list?
A. To protect the privacy of others, only staff can view member's profiles.
There have been people who signed up and harvested other people's personal information, just so they can spam. I have also been told that these people used that information to sign them up to websites that they've never visited.. and so, to prevent this from happening again, those with 0 posts, new members, and validating members cannot access their profile. And being that this is the support forum for Nexus Destinations, we have decided that it is in our best interest, to prioritize privacy, to better serve our clients.
If you want to email someone from the board, all you have to do is click the "email" button while reading a topic.. if you want to get someone's aim, yim, or msn info, then you can ask them via email, or pm. If you'd like to test to see if your avatar, and signature shows up in your profile, then you may make a test post in Nexus Labs.
