My mom sent me this link a few years ago, and it is disturbing the number of Motel 6's, Red Roof Inns and Super 8's are on this list..
I have never blacklisted entire brands of hotels, the way I have with smartphone OEMs, but it looks like now is a good time to start.
This is the list my mom sent me for NY, this makes me so glad that for the fact that we stayed in Canada for our Niagara Falls trip.
